DgNet support engineer is available 8x5 for assistance with troubleshooting, configurations and general information. Customers covered by a maintenance program receive all DgNet services as part of their maintenance agreement.

DgNet also provide principal support services so customers can directly contact principal when they have any problems. Customers get direct access to the Principal’s Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Customers can request a return material authorization (RMA) for Supported Product from Principal. When an RMA number is issued by Principal, customer will ship the defective field replaceable unit to the RMA location as specified by Principal. Principal will ship a replacement product substantially similar in fit, form and function to the defective field replaceable unit to Customer within ten (10) business days after Principal receives the defective Supported Product component.

Advanced Hardware Replacement

The effects of downtime can significantly decrease productivity, erode customer confidence, and result in lost revenue DgNet advanced hardware replacement options provide a cost effective, predictable service to meet customer hardware support requirements. By electing our hardware replacement options, customers can eliminate the capital and logistics costs associated with hardware sparing and delivery. Hardware will be shipped next business day after determination and identification of product failure from DgNet to client's site upon request.
